Friday, February 8th, 2008

Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology is holding its “Entrepreneur Expo” from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 15 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The free expo is designed for small businesses and for people planning to start small businesses, and each expo will feature exhibits, speakers and panels that provide the resources and expert advice needed to successfully start or grow a small business.

North Lake Tahoe Bonanza

Each Expo will include 75 to 100 exhibitors and 25 to 30 speakers and panelists, and NCET expects 500 to 1,000 to attend the Reno Expo.
“Nevada was built by small businesses, and these small businesses are critical to Nevada’s future economic growth, vitality and diversity,” said Lt. Governor Brian K. Krolicki, chair of the Nevada Commission on Economic Development (NCED) and one of the expo’s sponsors.
